About Toronto Circus Centre
Toronto Circus Centre is a space where aspiring acrobats of all ages and skill levels can experience the magic of life under the big top. A great way to get in top shape and have fun in a non-competitive environment. With so much variety in the circus, everyone will find their place to feel like a circus star!
Toronto Island Circus Centre is a pop-up summer camp that uses the same programming and philosophy as TCC. The emphasis is on co-operative creativity, getting fit and having fun!
Jen Georgopoulous
Our founder, Jen Georgopoulos (jenflys.com), is a former competitive gymnast with a degree in Kinesiology. She has over 25 years’ experience in children’s programming. Jen has been the owner/operator of successful circus schools for the past 15 years. She’s a professional circus artists who has been invited to work with the world’s top circuses. She also enjoys an exciting career as a stunt performer in film and television.
Jeff Kearns
Jeff Kearns is the director of Toronto Island Circus Centre. He is a seasoned Variety Artist and Clown who has been performing around the world since 1991. Jeff has acquired extensive experience as a headline circus act, feature entertainer and Emcee at festivals, fairs and corporate events. Jeff is also the owner and Artistic Director of Zero Gravity Circus and has over 15 years of coaching and directing experience with both kids and adults. Jeff’s latest passion project is The Circus Lumberjack Show.
